I’m a wife, mom, marathoner, triathlete, coach and fitness enthusiast who loves to have fun!  First and foremost, my family is my life.  My husband and I were born and raised in St. Louis and our little boy is the light of our lives!

Second to my family, fitness is my passion.

but it wasn’t always that way.

As a previously overweight, inactive person, I struggled for many years. I was tired of feeling sluggish, unmotivated and stuck.  I tried all the “diets” and fads with no success and ended up with an unhealthy relationship with food and no balance.  I was ready for a change and desperate for a lifestyle SOLUTION.

By tweaking my eating habits and developing an exercise routine, I was able to shed 50 pounds and in the process…


…I fell in love with health and fitness.


It transformed my life so completely that I left the corporate world and made it my full time profession!  It truly lights me up to help others and I am so fortunate to live what I love every single day!

As a certified trainer and running coach, I have over ten years experience coaching with Fleet Feet, teaching fitness classes for Fit4Mom and I’m the founder and coach of my own local Run Club in St. Louis that meets weekly.

As a former couch potato turned marathoner, I have gone through all of the frustrations, highs and lows to work towards being the best version of myself.

I love running, early morning workouts, traveling, living in my workout clothes and baseball hat, spending time with my family and spreading positivity!


I haven’t met a stranger and I love to have fun…especially when it comes to fitness!
